New Braunfels real estate, personally represented
Buying or selling in New Braunfels? I grew up in Central Texas, and I represent every client directly.
01
Why people move here
New Braunfels combines direct access to the Comal and Guadalupe rivers with an expanding selection of established neighborhoods, master-planned communities and new construction. Its position between San Antonio and Austin makes location, daily traffic patterns and the true commute from each neighborhood important parts of a focused home search.
Property type and ownership costs can vary considerably across the area. I help buyers compare the full picture—including lot size, taxes, association fees, utility arrangements, flood considerations and future development—not just the listing price.
